Former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson reveals cancer diagnosis

Television presenter and broadcaster Jeremy Clarkson has revealed he was diagnosed with an "aggressive" form of prostate cancer. The diagnosis was announced during the final episodes of the fifth season of his reality series, Clarkson's Farm, streaming on Prime Video.
